If you’ve ever wished you had a simple, gentle way to shift your emotions, calm your nervous system, and feel more at home in your body Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), also known as tapping, might be exactly what you’ve been looking for.
I use EFT regularly in my own healing practice and with clients, and I’m constantly reminded how versatile it is. Whether you’re struggling with stress, anxiety, emotional eating, self-doubt, or even physical pain, tapping has a way of meeting you exactly where you are and guiding you gently toward balance.
How EFT Works
EFT combines modern psychology with ancient energy practices. It involves gently tapping on specific acupressure points (the same ones used in traditional Chinese medicine) while focusing on a feeling, belief, or situation you want to shift.
What’s happening behind the scenes is pretty amazing — the tapping sends calming signals to the amygdala (the part of your brain that controls the stress response), essentially letting your body know, “It’s safe to relax now.” Over time, this helps rewire the way your mind and body respond to old triggers or emotional memories.
My Process: Personalized EFT Sessions
When you book an EFT session with me, we start with a simple question sheet that helps me understand what you’re feeling and what’s coming up for you right now whether that’s stress, fear, body image struggles, relationship tension, or something deeper.
Once I receive your answers, I create a personalized tapping sequence just for you. You can choose to do the session with me live (in person or via video) or, if you prefer, I can record a custom tapping script that you can follow along with anytime you need it.
This is where the magic really happens your sequence becomes a tool that’s yours. Something you can return to when emotions feel heavy or when you simply want to reconnect with yourself.
