This Space Is for All Souls: A Note from Me to You

Hi, I’m Kris and I want to start this journey with a truth straight from my heart:

I’m not here to fix you.
I’m here to help you remember who you really are.

This blog, this work, this calling it’s for anyone who’s ever felt disconnected from themselves. Anyone who’s been told they’re too sensitive, too emotional, too lost, too much. Anyone who wants to come home to their body, their energy, and their intuition.

I may speak gently, but make no mistake what we’re doing here is powerful.

My Healing Journey Began with a Whisper

I didn’t wake up one day and say, “I’m going to be a healer.”
It happened slowly—quietly—like a whisper that kept returning no matter how much noise the world made.

I started to realize that the things I was feeling, sensing, knowing they weren’t just “in my head.” They were messages. Energy. Truths. And instead of pushing them down, I began listening.

That’s how I found Reiki.
That’s how I discovered EFT.
That’s how tarot became a mirror for my soul.

And eventually, that’s how I realized I wasn’t just doing this for me anymore. I was meant to hold space for others, too.

This Is Not Just for Women

So many spiritual and healing spaces are focused on women and while I deeply honour the feminine, I want you to know something: this space is for all souls.

I don’t care about your gender, background, beliefs, or where you’re starting from. If you feel called here, you belong here.

Your spirit knows when it’s ready.
Your healing doesn’t need to look like anyone else’s.
And you don’t need to be perfect, fixed, or fully healed to begin.

What You’ll Find Here

In this blog, I’ll be sharing reflections, tools, and teachings from my heart. Things like:

  • How to use tarot to reconnect with yourself

  • Ways to use Reiki and tapping to regulate your nervous system

  • Thoughts on energy, intuition, and what it means to be alive in a human body

  • Little rituals that remind you how sacred you already are

Sometimes I’ll write like a teacher.
Sometimes I’ll write like a friend.
Always, I’ll write like someone who sees you.

My Hope for You

More than anything, I want you to feel safe to be yourself here.

I want you to know that your softness is strength.
That your mess is not a problem—it’s part of your magic.
And that your healing is already happening, even when you don’t feel it.

If I can help you come home to your body…
If I can help you trust your intuition just a little more…
If I can remind you that you were never too far gone to begin again…

Then I’m doing what I came here to do.

With love,
Kris
